Deluxe Office Space
The building is in Saint Clair Shores, near the Nautical Mile. The building has four main suites. Two are rented. Two are available. Each office can be rented alone or with a secretariel station. Shared common areas include a large conference room, kitchen area, and copy area. There is plenty of storage.
When the space was remodeled, we did so with the idea of using the space for a long time. We spent more money and effort than a typical landlord would spend on the space. We copied the crown molding from a house in Grosse Pointe. We copied the framing for the windows and doors from photos of the West Wing show on television at the time. The ceilings are higher than normal, with a drywall ceiling. The interior spaces all have windows that let in natural light. It is a very comfortable setting.
We have found over the years that potential clients will drive from Grosse Pointe out to the southern part of Saint Clair Shores. We know two other lawyers that previously had offices in Grosse Pointe, but also decided to move to St. Clair Shores for a more cost-effective overhead structure.
